Partnerships play a pivotal role in the success and effectiveness of organizations like RKH that provides training, research, and consultancy services to government agencies, non-governmental offices, and the private sector. Collaboration with multiple partners facilitates the exchange of knowledge and expertise, allowing RKH to leverage diverse perspectives and resources. This collaborative approach enhances the quality and depth of the services offered, as it brings together the strengths and specialties of each partner.
Secondly, partnerships can broaden the reach and impact of RKH’s initiatives by tapping into the networks and client bases of its collaborators. This expansion facilitates a more comprehensive and widespread delivery of training and consultancy services. Additionally, partnerships can contribute to innovation and continuous improvement, fostering a dynamic environment where best practices are shared and refined. MANAGEMENT OF STRATEGIC PARTNERS is one strategies followed by RKH for extending and expanding its services, develop interdependence among the organizations and sustainability of the efforts and achievements.
Generally, a strategic partnership is made to help all involved succeed. All the partners share both the risks and rewards of the decisions of them.
Overall development intervention also needs strategic partnership to complement and supplement each other. Therefore, RKH has made strategic partnership with civil society organizations in five provinces. All the strategic partners are the leading Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in their respective working areas. RKH and the strategic partners fulfill their own role and responsibilities, and make support each other for creating synergic result. Summary of the strategic partners is given below:
Birat Community Learning Centre (BCLC Jhapa)
Birat Community Learning Centre (BCLC) is one of the leading CSOs, located at Birtamod of Jhapa. It basically facilitates the social transformation campaigns in Jhapa. RKH provides support on professional writing, HR management, capacity enhancement and organizational development. Similarly, BCLC supports RKH on coordination, HR management for short-term projects, and liaison.
Samaj Utthan Yuwa Kendra (SUYUK Dhanusha)
SUYUK Dhanusha is the Madhesh Province-based CSO, working on WASH, disaster management, income generation, child and women’s rights and emergency response. RKH supports SUYUK for research and capacity enhancement, professional writing, research, human resource development and project design. RKH has expanded its services to various districts and LGs of Madhesh Province through the partnership.
Community Assistance and Research Centre (CARC)
CARC is the Madhesh-based training and research organization, which is one of the strategic partners of RKH. These two organizations share both human resource and capacity for increasing interdependence. CARC does have experience and expertise on Madhesh-based issues; and RKH does have expertise on documentation, knowledge management, capacity building and local government strengthening. These two strategic partners have carried out various assignments jointly like WASH legislations making at five municipalities (palikas) of Sindhuli District.
